Explore our aluminium extrusion solutions through a collaborative process. Whether you're seeking intricate architectural profiles or durable components for automotive, solar or aerospace applications, we work with you to engineer finishes and shapes that meet your performance needs.
Our Alloys
Thanks to advancements in high-performance precision presses, even the most intricate aluminium shapes can be extruded while maintaining structural stability and optimal performance. This is made possible through ongoing production standardization and technological innovation.
We offer profiles in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated alloys, catering to a wide range of industries including architecture, automotive, transportation, solar and more.
Our manufacturing capabilities include 25 advanced extrusion lines, delivering a diverse selection of premium and innovative products suitable for both architectural and non-architectural applications.
We extrude profiles in 3 main surface finishes:
Mill Finish – Aluminium profiles in their natural state, with no additional surface treatment. These are delivered directly after the extrusion process.
Powder Coated – A durable, dry powder coating applied electrostatically and cured with heat. Unlike traditional liquid paints, this method provides a high-quality, uniform finish with excellent resistance to wear and corrosion.
Anodised – Mill finish aluminium undergoes anodizing to enhance corrosion resistance and surface durability. Available in a range of colours including Matt Silver, Champagne, Bronze, Black, Gold, and more. We offer profiles in 5µm, 10µm, 15µm, and 20µm anodized thickness options.
Alloys: We offer 1xxx to 7xxx series. Predominantly the market requires the following alloys in 6xxx series; 6063, 6060, 6061, 6082, 6463, and others.
Temper: Hardness from T4, T5, and T6
Export packing details: Our export packing meets international standards. All aluminium profiles are individually wrapped in paper or plastic for protection. Timber bases and cleats are used to secure the profiles into bundles, with each bundle weighing approximately 300kg to 400kg. Bundles are then loaded on to steel trolleys for handling and transport. All timber used is ISPM 15 certified for international export compliance. Custom packaging options are available upon request.
Production Lead Time: Mill finished profiles require and estimated production lead times of approximately 2 weeks. For profiles requiring surface treatment please allow an additional 1 week.
*Lead times may be subject to adjustment based on volume forecast as outlined in contract agreements. Advance planning and confirmed forecasts will assist in maintaining timely delivery schedules.
